Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Behavioral Science, any related course.
• Candidate must have a minimum 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Willing to start ASAP

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage hiring policy and procedures and ensure ongoing compliance with those guidelines.
• Oversee the payroll processing and ensure that compensation and benefits of all employees are monitored
• Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
• Identify and implement training initiatives to provide fundamental human resources knowledge to Supervisors and Managers in support of their roles as leaders
• Direct or coordinate investigations and preparations for regulatory audits and surveys
• Evaluates employees performance and builds developmental activities.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
