Identify, prioritise and deliver service optimisation initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, speed and cost effectiveness. Analyse end‑to‑end processes using data, performance metrics and customer insight to diagnose root causes and opportunities for improvement. Design and implement improved processes, controls and ways of working, ensuring changes are pragmatic, scalable and measurable. Apply Lean, Six Sigma or other CI methodologies to deliver tangible benefits aligned to business priorities. Track and report benefits realisation, service performance and improvement outcomes, providing clear insight to senior stakeholders. Partner with Product Owners and Asda Technology to optimise the use of systems and tools within the function. Support change management activity, ensuring improvements are effectively adopted and sustained. Continuously scan for industry best practice and innovation relevant to retail Finance Shared Services.
