· Lead the end-to-end retail security contract across Main Estate, Express and ALS, ensuring strong performance and clear accountability.
· Drive commercial engagement strategies in partnership with senior leaders.
· Oversee the Intelligence Centre, ensuring effective data mining, threat detection and incident response.
· Support investigations through targeted intelligence gathering and analysis.
· Maintain operational security standards, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
· Shape the Security Risk Model, ensuring resource deployment reflects emerging trends aligned to 3rd party provider.
· Act as the senior escalation point for all security related concerns.
· Lead emergency responses and make timely decisions in high risk situations.
· Produce concise reporting, highlighting trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
· Use customer, transaction and security data to guide recommendations and decision making.
· Create robust business cases focused on efficiency, risk reduction and growth.
· Ensure all store communications are clear, relevant and easy to understand.
· Build effective relationships with internal teams, law enforcement and third party providers.
· Support Retail Operations on call rota.
· Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring clear scope, milestones, RAID management and timely delivery against key business objectives.
Let’s Find Out About You
· Project coordination or project management experience is essential.
· Strong understanding of the full project and operational lifecycle.
· Proven experience managing largescale retail security operations or contracted services.
· Expertise in risk management, incident response and intelligence led security.
· Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
· Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams.
· Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management capability.
· Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
· Flexible and available to support out of hours on call requirements.
