Help Us Redefine Whole Person Care

At Ascend Medical, we believe behavioral health is not separate from healthcare — it is healthcare. We are building an integrated model where therapists are empowered to focus on what matters most: meaningful patient relationships, clinical excellence, and long-term healing.

We are growing our Behavioral Health Division across Metro Atlanta and are seeking compassionate, mission-driven therapists who want to be part of something bigger than a traditional therapy practice.

Whether you are an experienced clinician with an established caseload, a therapist looking to grow your practice with organizational support, or a collaborative clinician excited about integrated care, we would love to connect.

More Time for Patients. Less Time on Administrative Burdens.

We know many therapists entered this profession to help people — not to spend evenings battling scheduling issues, insurance paperwork, intake coordination, or marketing themselves online.

Our model is designed to support clinicians by providing operational infrastructure so you can focus more of your energy on patient care and clinical impact.

Support may include: • Scheduling and patient coordination support • Insurance credentialing assistance • Billing and revenue cycle support • Marketing and referral development • Intake and patient onboarding assistance • EMR and technology training/support • Collaborative care coordination • Office space and operational infrastructure

Build Your Practice — Without Building It Alone

We recognize that growing and maintaining a caseload can feel overwhelming and isolating in private practice.

At Ascend, therapists benefit from: • Internal referrals from primary care and psychiatry • Community partnership opportunities • Marketing and outreach support • Access to integrated care teams • Flexibility to develop specialty niches and passions • Opportunities to help shape programs and services as we grow

Whether your passion is grief, trauma, women’s health, anxiety, relationships, chronic illness, faith-based counseling, adolescents, LGBTQ+ support, substance use, or another specialty area — we want to help you build meaningful clinical work around your strengths.

Clinical Autonomy Matters Here

We believe therapists thrive when they are trusted as professionals.

Our clinicians maintain: • Clinical independence and therapeutic approach • Flexibility in scheduling structures • Ability to develop specialty focus areas • Input into patient care collaboration • Opportunities to help shape culture and programming

We aim to create an environment where therapists feel supported — not micromanaged.

Integrated, Whole Person Care

Ascend’s model brings together: • Primary Care • Psychiatry • Therapy • Care Coordination • Senior Care • Wellness-focused services

This integrated approach allows therapists to care for patients more comprehensively while collaborating with medical professionals who value behavioral health as an essential component of overall wellbeing.

Our mission is simple:

To elevate mind, body, and soul.
