Role & responsibilities

1. Own end-to-end daily depot operations including inward, storage, dispatch, and delivery execution to ensure smooth depot functioning

2. Ensure adherence to SOPs for glass handling, safety, storage, and dispatch to prevent damages and operational lapses

3. Plan and monitor daily dispatch schedules in coordination with sales to meet delivery commitments

4. Supervise warehouse and dispatch executives to ensure productivity, discipline, and adherence to defined processes

5. Execute end-to-end order processing and invoice generation; ensure accuracy of billing, pricing, taxes, freight, discounts, and maintain depot-level books and records

6. Ensure statutory compliance including GST documentation, e-way bills, audits, and support internal audits and management reviews
