• Monitor daily employee attendance, absences, late arrivals, and early departures.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly absenteeism reports.
• Verify attendance records with site supervisors and timekeepers.
• Follow up with absent employees and record reasons for absence.
• Identify frequent absenteeism and report cases to HR management.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
