We are looking for an experienced Java Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, MongoDB and ReactJS. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable backend services and responsive frontend applications for enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, MongoDB and ReactJS.
• Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Build responsive, reusable and high-performing user interfaces using ReactJS.
• Integrate React applications with backend APIs and external services.
• Develop reusable React components, hooks and state-management solutions.
• Design MongoDB collections, document structures, indexes and aggregation queries.
• Participate in system-design, application-architecture and technical-design discussions.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security and reliability.
• Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, JWT or similar technologies.
• Write unit and integration tests for frontend and backend components.
• Troubleshoot application issues across the UI, API and database layers.
• Participate in code reviews and follow clean-code and secure-development practices.
• Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, Docker-based deployments and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, architects, QA engineers and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java 8/11/17 or later versions.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and integration services.
• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB.
• Good understanding of MongoDB data modelling, indexes, aggregation and query optimization.
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with React Hooks, component lifecycle and reusable component development.
• Experience with state-management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit or Context API.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive web design.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of JPA/Hibernate and relational databases.
• Experience with JUnit, Mockito and frontend testing frameworks.
• Experience using Git, Maven or Gradle and npm or yarn.
• Understanding of CI/CD, Docker and cloud deployments.
