Position Summary

Love sales and making people feel great? As a Sales & Guest Experience Associate at European Wax Center, you are a key part of our sales team. You will welcome every guest, learn what they are looking for, and recommend the right service packages and products to keep them coming back.

Your upbeat personality and sales skills make every visit a great one, and your performance drives your paycheck. You earn commission on the packages you sell, so the more you sell, the more you earn.

Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions

• Sell service packages, memberships, and retail products to new and returning guests, and prebook their next visit.
• Own your individual sales goals and performance metrics. Meeting your goals increases your commission.
• Learn each guest’s needs, preferences, and skincare goals, and recommend the right services and products.
• Know our services, packages, promotions, and retail line well enough to clearly explain the benefits of waxing regularly.
• Serve as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the center.
• Greet guests warmly, book appointments, and resolve questions or concerns quickly and professionally.
• Keep the front desk and lobby organized and up to brand standards.
• Take part in ongoing training to grow your product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• One year of service or retail experience. Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proactive, adaptable problem solver and positive team player
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and computers
• Able to adapt to different guest personalities and stay calm under pressure
• Commitment to keeping a clean and organized workspace

Work Environment

• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, communicate with others, and accept constructive feedback from direct supervisors.
• Must be able to change activities often as the business requires.
• Must be able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours per day.
• Must be able to move between several tasks happening at the same time.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
• Talking and hearing occur continuously when communicating with guests, team members, and management.
