Job Summary

The Construction Manager is responsible for the overall execution of construction activities on site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with the approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role leads all site teams, subcontractors, and daily operations while coordinating with consultants, clients, and internal departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesConstruction Management

• Manage all site construction activities from mobilization to handover.
• Develop execution strategies aligned with the project schedule.
• Coordinate structural, architectural, MEP, and external works.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.Site Leadership
• Lead Project Engineers, Site Engineers, General Foremen, and Supervisors.

Planning & Progress

• Coordinate with the Planning Engineer to achieve project milestones.
• Review look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.
• Monitor productivity and resource utilization.
• Identify delays and implement mitigation measures.
• Direct subcontractors and labor resources.
• Conduct daily and weekly coordination meetings.
• Resolve technical and construction issues promptly.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):

• 10–15 years of construction experience
• Main contractor Minimum 5 years as Construction Manager/Site Manager on high-rise towers.
