Summary: Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) is dedicated to discovering, inspiring, and training the next generation of problem solvers. As a Product Designer Intern, you will design and improve user experiences within educational products, collaborating with various teams to create user-centric solutions. Responsibilities: - Design digital experiences across our suite of educational products - Collaborate closely with our Product and Marketing teams to optimize existing user interfaces and experiences - Conceptualize user interfaces and experiences for product features - Create, share, and iterate through storyboards, user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and other methods - Collaborate with Engineering and Project Management to translate design through implementation into delightful experiences - Help create a user-centric and data-driven culture by conducting research and user testing and by analyzing the data and outcomes of design projects Required Qualifications: - Solid online portfolio showcasing product design and UX skills with a focus on user-centered design - Experience with innovative design solutions and participation in the design process from end-to-end - Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and decision-making skills - Legally authorized to work in the US - Successful completion of a background check Required Skills: Product design, UX skills, User-centered design Important Skills: Prototyping Nice-to-Have Skills: Collaboration skills, Decision-making skills Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: 401(k) with company match, Paid Sick Leave, Relocation bonus (if currently located outside of San Diego)
