Job Description
Summary: Art Bridges Foundation is a philanthropic organization dedicated to bringing American art into communities. They are seeking an intern for the Learning & Engagement Department to assist in community engagement programs, enhance online presence, and support various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Art Bridges partners to activate their loans and create community engagement through multidisciplinary, community-building, and transformative programs
- Helping to enhance the Learning & Engagement program’s online presence by researching past projects and developing content for idea-sharing platforms
- Creating interpretive and educational materials for digital and collection-based resources
- Supporting specialists on partner calls, application feedback, and docket creation
- Assisting with data entry, Salesforce reporting, and database clean-up projects
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (at the undergraduate or graduate level) at a college or university in the Northwest Arkansas region
- Recent graduate (<1 year) residing in the Northwest Arkansas region with an interest in entering the workforce as an emerging arts professional
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Effective time-management skills
- Demonstrated interest in museum education, community engagement, and innovation within the museum field as a whole
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Familiarity with research and web-based search tools
- Writing sample (not required)
