We serve customers in the state of Virginia with reliable, professional service. For over 40 years, we’ve combined expert workmanship with the national support of ARS.   WHAT WE OFFER: • Insurance access after 31 days of employment • Low-cost medical insurance (starting at ~$5/week) • Dental and vision insurance options • Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off & holiday pay • Company-paid life insurance RESPONSIBILITIES WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Track accounts receivable and collection activities • Investigate outstanding invoices and initiate collections or liens as needed • Perform audits to ensure accurate invoices and allocations • Assist technicians with residential financing approvals • Reconcile bank statements, prepare journal entries, and handle month-end duties • Generate and distribute financial reports and aging reports • Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies • Support basic accounts payable and receivable tasks QUALIFICATIONS WHAT YOU’LL BRING: • 2+ years of accounting experience (or equivalent training/education) • Familiarity with standard accounting principles • Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Note: This posting outlines potential pay ranges and opportunities, which are not guaranteed and do not represent a formal offer.
