As part of its growth, ARROW ECS is strengthening its teams and is looking for an Inside Sales Representative Key Responsibilities: Maintain sales records, update CRM data, and generate sales reports to track progress and provide insights for sales management Gain a solid understanding of the company’s products and services Provide customers with accurate information about products and services Assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions Conduct Teams or phone meetings to demonstrate products or services, answer questions, and handle objections Who are we looking for? English B1 and French fluent (mandatory) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation and sales skills Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments 3–4 years of relevant experience Good knowledge of Excel and CRM Strong attention to detail and work autonomously Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently What is in it for you?
