Job Description
Responsible for all aspects of a project throughout the project lifecycle. May be assigned complex projects.
Experience in the design and construction of major commercial building types, along with one of the following certifications:
PE – Professional Engineer
RA – Registered Architect
AICP – American Institute of Certified Planners
PMP – Project Management Professional
OR
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or a related field, and three years of experience in the design and construction of major commercial building types.

BACHELORS DEGREE - Required BACHELOR OF ARCHITECTURE - Preferred BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING - Preferred BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ENGINEERING - Preferred
Major/Minor (one of):
ARCHITECTURE - Preferred ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT - Preferred
Certificate/License (one of):
ARCHITECT - Preferred LEED AP - Preferred PROJECT MGMT PROFESSIONAL CERT - Preferred
Coordinate between internal business units, contracting officers, military installation command and engineering, A/E, and construction contractors during design and construction phases of project.
Ensure project design and construction documents are completed timely and within established standards to facilitate project completion and close-out.
Ensure all regulations, processes, and procedures are followed. Utilize design software for project design.
Determine overall project budget and complete required construction documents.
Monitor all project milestones, changes, and technical status reports.
Monitor task completion status to identify at risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans.
Coordinate and provide oversight for ordering and installation of Exchange furnished equipment and fixtures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
