About the Role:
ARMANTII HOME CARE SERVICES INC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Homecare Worker to join our growing team in Dearborn, MI. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when required
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
- Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervisors promptly
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
- Transport or accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in homecare, personal care, or a related caregiving role preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is a plus
- Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-first attitude
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Compensation: $17.17 - $22.00 per hour
