Administrative Consultant at Armanino in San Ramon, CA

Summary: Armanino is among the top 20 largest accounting and consulting firms in the nation, and they are seeking a Restructuring Administrative Consultant to provide administrative support to the Corporate Finance and Restructuring team. The role requires an energetic individual who can manage diverse workloads and assist with marketing events and ad hoc projects. Responsibilities: - Perform administrative and clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc - Must have a clean driving record in order to pick-up/receive mail from off-site PO mailbox - Sort, distribute and scan the mail at the San Ramon office - Assist in marketing events and conferences - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner - Reply to email, telephone or face-to-face inquiries - Be able to develop and resolve administrative problems - Participate and assist on ad hoc projects as needed - Assist Workflow Manager on the implementation of back office procedures and systems Required Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of admin experience or equivalent - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and planning skills - Proficient in MS Office especially Excel - Familiar or have exposure with Windows operating system, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, Box, Dropbox, and Google Workspace Required Skills: Admin experience, Office management systems, MS Office proficiency Nice-to-Have Skills: Multi-tasking, Customer service, Planning skills Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, Generous PTO plan and paid sick time, Flexible work arrangements, 401K with Profit Sharing, Wellness program, Generous parental leave, 11 paid holidays
