The Opportunity -

Arka Fiber is a company seeking to do 2 things for its people.

• Provide an unmatched opportunity for income and growth.
• Provide training and open the door to relationships that will change your life whether this is a short term stepping stone or a career.

What We Do -

The United States currently has a 17% adoption rate of Fiber Internet that is predicted by the end of 2028 to be over 75%. During the early adopter and transition phase there is a massive opportunity to help customers make this switch.

We have created a sales organization that works directly with homeowners on a daily basis to get them connected to the best ISPs in their respective area. Our teams showcase to customers what that transition looks like in a 3 - 10 minute presentation to help this switch take place. We operate from the field in a door-to-door capacity. If oyu have never operated in that capacity before, talk to us and we will show you why in this current job market the highest earners in sales are flocking to door-to-door sales.

Note - Over half of our representatives begin here never having served in a sales role. We look forward on a daily basis to developing from scratch or from a small base of knowledge in sales.

Why Arka -

Arka is a company that is in a growth phase looking for people who can learn and develop into leadership roles. There are no years of waiting. There are no overloaded teams with massive bureaucracy and lack of ability to progress. We want to help make you a high performer, make you an amazing leader and assist in changing your work life and raise your standards forever moving forward.
