Responsibilities: - Supports the creation and deployment of an AI-based solution designed to assist the IT Help Desk with password reset workflows - Assists in the development and implementation of standard work related to new processes and systems - Participates in team collaboration activities, requirement-gathering sessions, and technical planning meetings Required Qualifications: - Knowledge of Python or C# - Knowledge of user account management principles - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail - Research and problem-solving skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment - Ability to build effective and positive working relationships with a diverse group - Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Ability to follow and adhere to the agency's policies and procedures - Must obtain and maintain a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and clear the DCS Central Registry - All newly hired State employees are subject to and must successfully complete the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify) Required Skills: Python, C#, User account management Benefits: Positions in this classification participate in the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS).
