Summary: Aristocrat is a world leader in gaming content and technology, and they are seeking an Intern for the Decision Support Center of Excellence. This role involves analyzing financial data, supporting process improvements, and collaborating with teams to provide insights that enhance business performance. Responsibilities: - Compile, clean, and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, or areas of risk - Support investigations into possible revenue leakage, such as billing inconsistencies, or process gaps - Assist in building dashboards, reports, and models to support business case development and performance tracking - Participate in identifying and documenting process inefficiencies across Finance and Commercial teams - Perform root-cause analysis and support the development of solutions to improve accuracy, speed, and transparency - Contribute to cost optimization analyses that help drive Aristocrat Full Potential opportunities - Prepare clear, concise summaries and visualizations for senior leaders, showing key findings and actionable recommendations - Assist in maintaining decision-support tools, templates, and process documentation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Billing, Operations) to gather information and validate findings Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree and entering a Junior or Senior Year in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Business, or a related field - Must be 21 years of age by June 1, 2026 - Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient or understanding of Excel - Confidence working with data in Excel (functions, pivot tables) - Ability to communicate insights clearly through slides or written summaries - Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and analytical methods - Interest in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Agile, etc.) - Passion for problem solving and operational excellence Preferred Qualifications: - Familiar with PowerBI or Tableau a plus - Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools - Exposure to SQL or data modeling concepts Required Skills: Financial analysis, Data analysis, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Data modeling, Process improvement methodologies, Analytical skills Benefits: Robust benefits package
