We are looking for an Accountant to join our team on a temporary basis.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• UAE accounting experience preferred
• Spouse visa / own visa preferred
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
• Strong knowledge of intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT, VAT payments, and VAT-related accounting
• Experience in payroll processing and salary-related accounting
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and related payroll requirements
• Experience in foreign purchases / import purchases and related accounting
• Experience with invoices, payments, receipts, and account reconciliation
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Candidates from Kerala are preferred
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment entries
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Prepare and process VAT payments and VAT-related records
• Assist with VAT-related documentation and submissions
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Manage payroll processing and salary-related accounting
• Record and reconcile foreign purchases/import purchases
• Maintain supplier accounts and purchase-related documentation
• Bank and ledger reconciliation
• Assist with monthly accounting reports
• Maintain proper documentation and filing
• Support general administrative and accounting tasks
