Your Role As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will: Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications Work closely with agile squads on payment-related solutions Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams Contribute to solution design in a distributed (Java-based) environment Support backlog refinement and ensure high-quality deliverables Collaborate with international teams What we’re looking for Strong experience as a Functional Analyst (Senior level) Solid expertise in the Payments domain (mandatory) Ability to be quickly operational in a project environment Experience with distributed systems (Java environment is a plus) Fluency in French and English (mandatory) Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum setups Project Context International payments environment High-impact project within a fast-paced delivery team Collaboration with cross-border teams Location & Setup Based in Brussels (hybrid) 50% on-site presence required Interested or know someone who could be a great fit?
