jobDescription
Perform baseline analysis of BCMS documentation
Conduct data consolidation and analysis
Ensure consistency and alignment control across documentation
Support quality assurance and document standardisation processes
Perform gap analysis and propose improvements
Support the integration of BCMS into existing processes
Draft and consolidate BCMS documentation
Provide administrative and operational support to BCMS activities
qualifications
Master's degree plus 3 years of IT experience.
Candidates are expected to hold at least one (1) of the following certifications (mandatory requirement):
ITIL® 4 Foundation (or higher, e.g. Managing Professional), or equivalent
Business Continuity Management – Foundation, or equivalent
Business Analysis certification at entry level (e.g. ECBA, UML Professional, BPM 2) or higher (e.g. CCBA, CBAP), or equivalent
PRINCE2 Foundation or PM² (PM Square) certification, or equivalent
Extensive practical experience of Business Continuity Management
Holds excellent knowledge of Business Continuity Management (e.g. framework, processes, strategy development, BIA, BCP, RTO, RPO, CBF etc)
Advanced knowledge of risk management frameworks, assessments and analysis, risk mitigation, standards, methodologies, tools, guidelines and best practices
Knowledge and experience in area data consolidation and data analysis
Knowledge in business analyse and processes and business processes modelling, analysis/modelling notations (e.g. like UML, BPMN etc.) and using modelling tools.
Knowledge in applying of project management methodologies and methods
Familiar with project management approaches, tools for project management and phases of the project lifecycle
Knowledge and experience in area of administrative tools i.e. MS Office tools and others
Demonstrates initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
Communicates effectively, applying tact and diplomacy
Applies analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Contributes to a friendly, cooperative, and service-oriented environment
Good knowledge equal to C1 according to CERF levels.
For certifications not held, the following professional experience may be considered equivalent:
ITIL: Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in IT Service Management, IT operations, or support to critical IT services
Business Continuity Management: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Business Analysis: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business or process analysis
Project Management (PRINCE2 / PM²): Minimum 1 year of relevant IT professional experience
