Job Description
ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist at ARETUM, you will play a crucial role in managing our procurement processes and ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities
Perform and document requirements analyses
Coordinate with business owners to draft procurement request documentation, including statements of work or performance work statements and IGCEs
Conduct and document alternatives analyses as well as market research
Conduct and document procurement risk assessments
Prepare and implement procurement strategies, ensuring compliance with appropriate guidelines
Develop Capital Planning and Investment Control documentation and manage the Capital Planning and Investment Control Process in accordance with OMB Circular A-11 as well as applicable DHS instructions
Master's Degree preferably in the fields of finance or accounting
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office required
10 years of demonstrated experience required
Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities at once
Must possess strong interpersonal communications and teamwork skills
Must be an exceptional writer
Enjoys a team-oriented environment, but able to function independently
Takes ownership of projects and can prioritize assignments
Ability/Willingness to Travel to Washington, DC occasionally
Eligibility to receive DHS suitability required. Current DHS Suitability preferred
