UK Analyst Program 2028

Formerly known as Arena Investors LP

CCaventus is a global asset manager focused on credit and asset-oriented investments, encompassing a full range of corporate, real estate, and structured finance opportunities. CCaventus is backed by institutional sponsors and built on the strength of a proven credit platform, powered by permanent capital. We are a talent-driven, multi-strategy engine led by a team of handpicked portfolio managers with decades of experience and extensive industry expertise in their respective fields.

CCaventus is looking to recruit talented undergraduate students (Class of 2028) to its newly established two-year Analyst Program. Our Analyst Program is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing alternative credit investment firm, directly out of undergrad, without the typical requirement of 1-2 years of investment banking experience. Analysts will play a critical role in CCaventus’ effort to deploy capital across its fundamentals based investment strategy across European Private Investments and Corporate Securities verticals.

Through on-the-job experience and regular training sessions, analysts will be exposed to various corporate finance and security analysis concepts including credit analysis, financial modeling, business model and capital structure, and fixed income and equity securities, among others. In addition to finance a security analysis, analysts will also learn important application of law with respect to buy-side investing as well as establishing critical corporate soft skills for successful careers in the financial industry. Each analyst will serve as a generalist assisting members of the investment team with industry and company due diligence, financing modeling, investment memorandum preparation, and other ad-hoc projects. Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated interest in finance and investing; thrive in an intense, team-oriented environment; and be highly organized, self-motivated, and resourceful.
