Program Summary
Throughout the day, you will:

  Choose a functional area to explore through interactive breakout sessions.
  Participate in professional development workshops on LinkedIn branding, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Engage with ADM leaders and peers to expand your professional network.
• Learn how to position yourself for a Summer 2027 internship at ADM.

Requirements:

• First- or second-year student at a U.S. university (expected graduation: May 2029–December 2030).
• Strong academic performance and leadership involvement.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in one of the following functions: Operations, Agriculture, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Nutrition
