Choose a functional area to explore through interactive breakout sessions.
Participate in professional development workshops on LinkedIn branding, interview preparation, and job search strategies. - Engage with ADM leaders and peers to expand your professional network.
- Learn how to position yourself for a Summer 2027 internship at ADM.

Requirements:
- First- or second-year student at a U.S. university (expected graduation: May 2029–December 2030).
- Strong academic performance and leadership involvement.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in one of the following functions: Operations, Agriculture, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Nutrition
