Job Description
Summary: Aquafinity is a leading provider in the aquatics industry, specializing in high-quality equipment, parts, and chemicals for pool and aquatic systems. They are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Support Specialist to manage the sales pipeline, coordinate RFQs and quoting activities, and ensure seamless sales operations during high-volume periods.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the intake, review, and routing of RFQs from technicians, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and support accurate sales quotes, ensuring scope, pricing, and timelines align with customer and operational needs
- Build, maintain, and manage the sales pipeline to avoid delays or missed opportunities
- Track sales opportunities from RFQ through approval, ensuring timely follow-up and closure
- Coordinate closely with Service Operations Specialists and technical teams to confirm feasibility and execution requirements
- Provide overflow and continuity support during peak sales periods
- Identify and recommend improvements to sales workflows, processes, and efficiency
- Perform administrative and sales coordination duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, administrative, or related roles
- Working knowledge of sales operations, quoting processes, and pipeline management
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, service, and operations teams
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Must pass a background check, physical, and drug test
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using sales or project tracking tools preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
