Benefits Snapshot

Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; 401(k); Life Insurance; and Paid Time Off (PTO).

A Typical Shift

You’ll start by reviewing the day’s calendar, gathering materials, and doing quick check-ins with care staff before inviting residents to join in. Mid-morning often includes coffee chats, trivia, or small-group conversation, followed by a scheduled program such as crafts, music, or chair-based recreation.

Around midday you’ll help residents transition to lunch, then reset for afternoon events—celebrations, themed activities, or sensory-based routines for memory-care. Between programs, you’ll spend time with residents who prefer quieter interactions and complete participation notes. The day wraps with tidying activity areas, preparing for tomorrow, and handing off updates so the next shift is set up for success.
