- Load & unload graphite components into high-temperature purification furnaces
- Monitor furnace parameters (temperature, time, gas flow) during purification cycles
- Perform system purging and cooling steps according to recipes
- Ensure minimal contamination and proper handling of ultra-pure materials
- Prepare graphite parts for DIW ultrasonic cleaning (pre-rinse, degrease, etc.)
- Operate ultrasonic baths with controlled time, temperature, and frequency
- Inspect parts post-sonication for residual contamination
- Maintain cleanliness of DIW system and filter integrity
- Load graphite parts onto fixtures and into CVD reactor chambers
- Monitor recipe-driven CVD cycles (temperature, pressure, precursor gases)
- Ensure coating uniformity, thickness, and adhesion through basic inspection
- Perform post-process chamber cleaning and maintenance
- Conduct visual inspection for cracks, warpage, coating defects, or contamination
- Use basic metrology tools to confirm dimensions or part condition post-process
- Prepare parts for QA team verification
- Accurately record batch information, process conditions, and lot traceability
- Complete run sheets, checklists, and quality logs
- Escalate process deviations or equipment abnormalities to engineers or leads
