They are seeking a Data Analyst (I/II) – New College Graduate to drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing complex datasets, building dashboards, and delivering insights that support business strategy and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: - Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards for performance, behavior, and financial metrics to support informed decision-making - Prepared, analyze, and visualized data for business reviews and executive presentations - Partner with cross-functional teams to support change management by providing data-driven insights into business performance - Support ad-hoc pricing and business analysis projects as needed - Contribute to the development of data pipelines by cleaning, transforming, and integrating data from enterprise data lakes for downstream use Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Applied Analytics, Market Analytics, or a related field - Hands-on experience (academic or internship) with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python, with the ability to translate data into clear stories and insights - Experience working with business metrics, financial data, or operational performance data Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in marketing / business development related background - Exposure to marketing, business development, or commercial analytics - Experience with Tableau, Databricks, and/or Salesforce Required Skills: Data Analysis, SQL, Python Important Skills: Tableau, Databricks, Salesforce, Business Metrics Nice-to-Have Skills: Curiosity Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, Participation in a bonus and a stock award program
