The individual in this position is responsible for supporting Shops with various tasks related to ordering, stocking strategies, and supply chain management, while also collaborating with suppliers and internal resources to improve processes. Responsibilities: - Support Shops with issues related to the Shops ordering or stocking strategy - Control processes through the effective use of reporting and exception reporting - Optimize supply chain management by collaborating with suppliers and internal resources to resolve problems and improve purchasing, inventory, and logistical processes - Resolve errors in the ordering process and release purchase orders - Manage returns processing - Resolve invoice discrepancies and validate past due open orders - Assess and process special buys Preferred Qualifications: - Working towards Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field - Great interpersonal and communication skills - Solid problem solving approach - Good process orientation and detail focus Required Skills: Supply Chain Management Nice-to-Have Skills: Process Orientation
