Job Description
Imagine what you could do here. The people at Apple don’t just create products — they create experiences that transform industries and inspire change. It’s the diversity of people and ideas at Apple that drives the innovation embedded in everything we do, from groundbreaking technology to environmental leadership. Join Apple and help leave the world better than we found it.
Apple’s Sales organization fuels the innovation that powers products and services loved by millions around the world. In this role, you’ll be on the forefront, supporting Apple’s direct sales team with the knowledge and tools needed to build meaningful relationships with our K-12 customers.
We are looking for a creative and results-driven K-20 Education Sales Enablement Specialist to join the Strategy, Demand Generation, and Enablement team. This role supports Apple’s K-12 direct sales team and a hybrid Higher Education team spanning direct, channel, and campus store routes-to-market, ensuring sellers are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and training needed to build meaningful relationships with education customers. You’ll bring deep Apple product expertise and a strong understanding of how education decision-makers evaluate technology, and use that expertise to develop resources that help sellers navigate and overcome the technical barriers to adoption.
This role requires up to 25% domestic travel.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with Apple’s K-12 direct sales team and Higher Education direct, channel, and campus store partners to develop learning strategies and enablement assets that promote Apple Education solutions and drive growth.
- Develop deep expertise in Apple’s product and technology portfolio, including how each maps to education use cases and buyer priorities, and how it’s deployed in K-12 and Higher Education environments, including common technical barriers to adoption.
- Build a working understanding of the key personas in education technology decision-making (e.g., IT/CTO, procurement, faculty, academic leadership) and the distinct objections and priorities each raises.
- Create original enablement content — including objection-handling guides, competitive positioning, and technical FAQs — tailored to the distinct needs of direct, channel, and campus store sellers.
Implement instructional design processes to meet learning objectives aligned to sales skills, strategies and solutions.
- Analyze feedback, survey and assessment data to identify effective strategies and gaps of enablement activities and recommend actionable insights.
- Create innovative enablement resources, including videos, toolkits, and training programs, to empower sales teams with the skills to exceed their targets.
- Stay up-to-date on Higher Education and K-12 trends and market needs, ensuring that Apple’s messaging is relevant and aligned with current educational priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including demand generation and product marketing, to align enablement activities with campaigns and ensure consistent, high-quality content design across enablement programs.
- Facilitate training through workshops, activations, and field events that inspire sales teams and promote the value of Apple products in education.
- Develop executive briefing and key customer meeting material that equip the sales team to position Apple as a trusted advisor to Higher Education and K-12 institutions.
- Foster relationships with sales leadership to align enablement efforts with business priorities and emerging opportunities in the K-20 education sector.
