Job Description
Summary: Apollo Global Management, Inc. is a high-growth, global alternative asset manager. They are seeking an Analyst/Associate to manage the ACS transaction and revenue pipeline, ensuring accuracy and transparency while supporting strategic reporting and business planning initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the day-to-day ACS transaction and revenue pipeline, ensuring accuracy and completeness of key transaction details and track against the budget target
- Collaborate with deal teams, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to structure and report transaction-related fees and economics
- Providing frequent and timely updates to ACS leadership, Apollo IR, and senior firm executives
- Ensure consistency and transparency in how ACS fees are tracked, reported, and forecasted across the platform
- Develop a sustainable and systematic long-term strategy for fee management, including through technology
- Conduct ad hoc analyses on both upcoming and historical transaction fees to identify trends and support strategic decision-making
- Prepare materials and insights to support senior leadership discussions, including Apollo earnings calls, investor days, strategic financial planning, recurring reporting and other firmwide activities
- Partner with ACS leadership and senior stakeholders across the firm to communicate key insights and ensure alignment on business priorities
- Serve as a liaison between ACS, deal teams, Finance, and other internal functions to promote coordination and operational excellence
- Support the development and execution of origination and capital programs, along with other revenue-generating opportunities for ACS
- Support the screening and underwriting process of a broad range of transactions, including preparing briefing memos, underwriting/committee memos, and documenting approvals
- Assist the team with additional ad hoc projects and requests as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting
- An understanding of financial markets and fundamentals is required
- Experience with or exposure to the full deal lifecycle and deal processes/dynamics is a must
- Demonstrated understanding of Alternative Asset Managers and valuation techniques (Sum of the Parts, P/E, etc.)
- Understanding of a wide range of capital structures (securitizations, asset-backed financing, pref equity, etc.)
- Nimble and flexible, with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across teams and seniority levels
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting systems; experience with database management is a plus
