In this role, you will: Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment Work as part of a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals, delivering services and advice to a variety of industries across the entire employee lifecycle Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness Support clients to identify future employment or training options Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise – including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments Case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goals Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships What you’ll bring to the role The care and compassion you have for people Your focus on exceptional client care Your ability to adapt and work with a variety of clients across a range of tasks Your capacity to work independently or as part of a team Your enthusiasm for new opportunities and ongoing learning Your commitment to being part of a collaborative and supportive team You’ll also need to have: Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA as an EP Exposure to Occupational Rehabilitation Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy A current Working with Children Check Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application About Konekt, part of the APM Group Since 1992, we’ve been supporting Australians return to work, recover from injury, and re-engage with their social and community life.
