Job Description
Summary: Apex - Satellite Platforms is a fast-growing startup focused on manufacturing satellite buses for various payload companies. They are seeking a Software Engineering Intern to work on developing and improving software that controls their satellites, particularly in embedded systems and simulations.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to developing and improving the software that controls our satellites, including embedded systems, simulations, and user interfaces
- Work on improvements to our Microcontroller devices being utilized in space and writing embedded software for new hardware components that will be the building blocks of our future spacecraft
Required Qualifications:
- Graduating in the Fall of 2026 or in the Spring of 2027
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency in programming language C++/C
