For our business, for clients, and for you JOB SUMMARY The AI Innovation Associate contributes to the development and implementation of innovative AI solutions at CAIDO Group. This entry-level role involves researching emerging AI technologies, prototyping new applications, and supporting the team in building AI models that drive business value. The Associate will learn from experienced practitioners while developing core AI development skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist in developing and implementing AI algorithms and machine learning models • Support data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering activities • Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and industry trends • Help prototype new AI applications and proof-of-concept solutions • Perform testing and validation of AI models for accuracy and performance • Document AI models, experiments, and technical processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements • Assist in deploying AI models to production environments • Learn and apply machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field • 0-2 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or software development • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) • Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts • Foundational knowledge of statistics and data analysis • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies • Attention to detail and commitment to quality PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Coursework or projects in deep learning or NLP • Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch • Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI) • Knowledge of SQL and database systems • Published research or Kaggle competition experience WORK DETAILS • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent • Location: Pune, India • Department: CAIDO Group - Innovation and AI • Reports To: AI Innovation Manager • Work Type: Office-based with potential hybrid options Disclaimer: Unsolicited CVs sent to Apex (Talent Acquisition Team or Hiring Managers) by recruitment agencies will not be accepted for this position.
