Job Description
Independence Title in Austin, Texas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a Policy Team Support. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations, and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
The Policy Team Support will:
Manage the HOI shared inbox and support general Policy Team communications
Prepare invoices, process incoming checks, and handle outgoing mail
Assist with reporting and other administrative support tasks
Support post-closing activities, including preparing endorsements (with training)
Develop into expanded responsibilities such as inbox oversight and policy typing

Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required
- 2 years or more of escrow experience (with title company) is strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Proficiency at an intermediate level of Word and Excel is preferred
- This is a work in office position at the main office in Austin
