Summary: Anywhere Real Estate Inc. is seeking a Research Intern to join their New Development team in the New York office. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with creative visionaries and provide market intelligence to support clients in the real estate market. Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze relevant data on the residential real estate market - Create and update comparable studies and market reports - Join building tours, visit sales offices and attend events - Undertake ad-hoc research projects, such as analyses of submarkets, building features, amenities, buyer profiles, etc - Communicate findings to colleagues, senior management, and clients Required Qualifications: - At least one year of academic and/or practical experience in market research - Demonstrated interest in real estate, economics, and/or urban planning preferred - Proficiency in corporate and client communications - Ability to research, understand, and document market trends - Strong Excel skills and general proficiency in Word and PowerPoint - Proactive nature with the ability to coordinate and effectively handle multiple tasks efficiently - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to meet deadlines and strong attention to detail Required Skills: Market research, Real estate market knowledge, Data analysis, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
