Pay: $16–$20 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Love fitness? Love people? Ready to make an impact?

At Anytime Fitness Waynesburg, we're looking for an outgoing, motivated, and people-focused Club Support Specialist to help us grow our membership, build our personal training program, and create a club atmosphere that members love being part of.

This isn't just a job where you sit behind a desk and check people in. You'll play an important role in shaping the culture of our club, building relationships in the community, helping people reach their fitness goals, and driving the growth of our business.

The best part? You don't need a stack of certifications or years of experience to get started. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping people.

What You'll Do

Help Us Grow

• Connect with prospective members through phone calls, texts, follow-ups, and other creative outreach activities.

• Build relationships with people in the community and generate interest in our club.

• Meet with prospective members, show them what makes Anytime Fitness special, and help them find the right membership.

• Follow up with leads and turn conversations into new memberships.

Build Our Personal Training Program

• Meet with new membership prospects for fitness consultations to learn about their goals, challenges, and interests.

• Introduce members to personal training and small group training opportunities that can help them succeed.

• Help connect members with the right coaching and fitness services.

• Build relationships that encourage members to stay engaged, see results, and get the most out of their membership.

Create an Awesome Club Experience

• Help create a welcoming, positive, and motivating atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.

• Assist members with questions, account updates, and general customer service needs.

• Keep the facility clean, organized, and ready for members to enjoy.

• Assist with basic social media posts and promotional activities to showcase our club and community.

• Bring ideas, energy, and initiative to help make our club even better.

Who We're Looking For

You might be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy talking to people and building relationships.

• Have a positive attitude and bring good energy to the workplace.

• Are comfortable having conversations about sales, goals, and opportunities.

• Are motivated by results and excited to help a business grow.

• Have an interest in fitness, health, or helping others improve their lives.

• Are dependable, organized, and willing to learn.

• Can work independently while contributing to a team.

No personal training certification or extensive fitness industry experience required. We'll help you learn our programs, develop your sales and consultation skills, and build the knowledge you need to succeed.

Why Join Anytime Fitness Waynesburg?

• A real opportunity to grow. Join a club with significant potential and help shape what it becomes.

• Make a difference. Help people in your community get healthier, stronger, and more confident.

• Develop valuable skills. Gain experience in sales, customer service, fitness coaching, marketing, and business operations.

• Be part of the culture. Your personality, ideas, and effort will help define the member experience.

• Flexible opportunities. We're open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

• Competitive hourly pay. Earn $16–$20 per hour based on experience and fit.

We're looking for someone who wants more than a paycheck — someone who wants to contribute, develop new skills, and grow alongside a club with a lot of potential.
