Live Commerce Host Trainer

• Train and coach hosts on brand guidelines, platform rules, and live selling best practices.
• Develop hosts’ skills in public speaking, body language, tone, pacing, and camera presence.
• Train sales & pitching techniques, including CTA, objection handling, soft/hard selling, and creating urgency.
• Improve audience engagement and retention through comment handling, interaction, and crowd management.
• Train hosts on product knowledge, product presentation, and promotional techniques.
• Ensure hosts can effectively use live commerce features such as product pinning, vouchers, giveaways, and flash deals.
• Monitor live performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to improve GMV, conversion, and retention.

Job Specifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a live host, live seller, or live commerce trainer.
• Proven experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of live selling, sales psychology, audience engagement, and CTA techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in live commerce tools and backend features.
• Able to analyze metrics such as GMV, CTR, watch time, conversion, and retention.
• High emotional intelligence, adaptable, patient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field is preferred.
