Summary: Any Hour Group is a service company seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate and manage service calls for technicians. The role involves scheduling appointments, assigning technicians, communicating with customers and service personnel, maintaining service records, tracking job progress, and optimizing routes to support efficient service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments
- Assigning technicians to jobs based on location and expertise
- Ensuring timely responses to customer requests
- Communicate directly with customers and service personnel, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise during service visits
- Maintain records of service calls
- Track job progress
- Optimize routes to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications:
- Pre-employment Background Check
- Pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM is often required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to calmly handle difficult or emergency situations

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience preferred in scheduling and dispatch software (ServiceTitan preferred)
- Experience in the HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical or other trades industry is a PLUS!
