ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a team of six. I'm a third-generation State Farm agent and began my own State Farm journey as an intern before moving into sales and eventually agency ownership. I'm a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, and my wife and I are proud to live right here in the community we serve.

Staying connected to our community is important to us, and our agency participates in several local events and community initiatives throughout the year.

Our agency offers health benefits, a 401(k), paid time off, major holidays off, and licensing reimbursement. We also reward performance with added flexibility - sales team members who achieve their goals can earn a four-day workweek, and our Flex Fridays give the team opportunities to earn additional time off by reaching weekly goals.

Our culture is high-energy, fun, and professional, with a strong focus on development. We invest in our team's growth, celebrate wins together, and enjoy team lunches along the way. I'm looking for someone who is smart, goal-oriented, positive, and a great team player. If you're motivated to keep pushing for more and want to grow your career with a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.
