Role is of a Manager - Human Resources to support our Noida office and work closely with leaders across India and the United States.
This role combines business partnering with hands-on HR ownership and requires someone who is comfortable working in a complex and evolving team environment. This role will play a key role in supporting team effectiveness, navigating employee relations matters, and building strong relationships across the organization.

About the Role
We are hiring a Manager, Human Resources (Business Partner) to support our Noida office (~240 employees) and work closely with leaders across India and the United States.
This role combines business partnering with hands-on HR ownership and requires someone who is comfortable working in a complex and evolving team environment. You will play a key role in supporting team effectiveness, navigating employee relations matters, and building strong relationships across the organization.
Success in this role requires strong judgment, high attention to detail, and clear, concise communication. The ideal candidate is confident and thoughtful in their approach, able to provide structured input, communicate effectively across stakeholders, and maintain a balanced and professional perspective.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering
Work closely with managers on performance, team challenges, and employee matters
Support leaders in delivering feedback, addressing performance concerns, and developing their teams
Provide practical, well-thought-out recommendations to business challenges
Employee Relations & Workplace Environment
Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and sensitive matters
Handle employee relations situations with fairness, consistency, and sound judgment
Build trust with employees while maintaining alignment with company policies and expectations
Partner with leaders to address team dynamics and support a respectful, professional work environment
HR Operations
Oversee onboarding, exits, and employee lifecycle processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Coordinate payroll inputs, validation, and employee queries
Support payroll processes and act as a backup when needed
Ensure HR processes are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company standards
Employee Experience
Build strong relationships across the office and stay connected to employee sentiment
Support engagement initiatives and global culture activities aligned to team needs
Identify trends and recommend practical improvements
Qualifications & Skills
8–10 years of HR experience
Experience working with U.S.-based companies or regularly supporting U.S. stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally across different audiences
High attention to detail, with the ability to manage employee matters and HR processes with accuracy and consistency
Ability to organize thoughts, communicate with structure, and provide well-reasoned input
Confidence to handle differing perspectives in a constructive and professional manner
Ability to balance employee advocacy with business priorities and company policies
Comfortable being visible, approachable, and engaged with employees
Ability to take ownership, work independently, and follow through on commitments
