Job Description
Summary: Ankura is a team of excellence founded on innovation and growth, and they are seeking a Strategy & Performance intern. This role involves collaborating with experienced consultants to apply business acumen and analytical skills in creating customized solutions for complex business problems.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to team success and participate in various roles as needed within a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Facilitate small and large group meetings, communicating effectively and regularly with all project stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, meeting agendas, and decision logs
- Conduct relevant research and analysis, and synthesize findings into compelling conclusions and recommendations
- Create high-quality deliverables that leverage qualitative, quantitative, and visual elements
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a graduate degree in business (MBA preferred) with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher and an expected graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, with demonstrated ability to efficiently produce crisp, professional documents
- This will be an in-office position in Nashville. Candidates must have the ability to be based in Nashville for the summer and an interest in being based in Nashville long-term for potential full-time conversion opportunities
- Please note that this role requires permanent authorization to work in the U.S. (i.e. U.S. citizen or permanent resident). Internships and full-time University Associate roles are not eligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship, work visa or any other temporary work authorization (i.e. OPT, CPT)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with project management, change management, or product management is a plus
- Experience or education in information systems is a plus
