Job Responsibilities

• Handle technical queries from international customers through voice support.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to operating systems and computers.
• Provide step-by-step technical assistance and ensure timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues related to OS installation, booting and system configuration.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant technical team when required.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting process and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory for graduates.
• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
• Undergraduate candidates can also apply if they have a minimum 6 months of relevant technical support experience.
• Excellent English Communication Skills is mandatory.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs.
• Candidates should be comfortable handling international customers over the phone.
