The Key purpose of this role is to execute PTP tickets within stipulated SLA and in adherence to ABI compliance policies by providing the requestor the resolution information. Responsible to provide a proper flow of communication within ABI and with ABI suppliers. PTP Specialist is to support the CX Lead and STP Experts in day-to-day payment related queries.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling queries from internal & external stakeholders
• Working on tickets from SNOW Portal (Payment Queries)
• Monitoring MIN Ageing Tickets
• Ensure usage of SNOW Portal
• Support on payment related queries.
• Support on P&B process
• Support on VIM queries
• Performing Dunning Verifications
• Usage of Dunning Robots
• Tracking reports in place
• Analyze patterns in payment issues per supplier/category of suppliers
• Participate in routine category calls for payment issues
• Participate in SBN Query Calls
• Assure compliance to invoicing policies and procedures;
• stablish appropriate audit trails and record retention per company requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in management, procurement, commercial or
• equivalent
• Good understanding of ERPs ( SAP, SRM, Ariba etc…)
• Strong Analytical skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Communicating effectively by conveying information and ideas in a clear, meaningful, and timely manner, providing information to ensure understanding
• Establishing collaborative working relationships
• Executes with discipline and a sense of urgency
