Your Opportunity
Full Time – Castle Hill Retirement Village
As a Client Account Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting home care clients and their families — ensuring services are aligned to their needs, funding is clearly understood, and overall experience is positive and seamless.
This is a relationship‑driven role that combines customer service, service coordination and financial oversight.
In this role, you will:

Build strong relationships to improve engagement and satisfaction
Manage and review client budgets aligned to Home Care Packages and other funding
Respond to financial queries, explaining statements and services clearly
Support debt recovery processes in partnership with Finance
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Aged Care standards
Identify at‑risk clients and support retention strategies
Educate clients on services and how to maximise their funding
What You’ll Bring
You’re organised, customer‑focused and confident working with both people and numbers. You’re comfortable explaining financial information and managing multiple client accounts.
You’ll also bring:
Experience in administration, client services or account management
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial details clearly
Experience managing budgets, invoices or financial queries
High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills
Confidence using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
Understanding of Home Care Packages or aged care funding (preferred)
