Role Objective

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to manage architectural design, technical coordination, consultant coordination, drawings, site execution, and statutory requirements across real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, detailed designs, and working drawings.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior, and other consultants.
• Conduct site visits and resolve design and execution-related issues.
• Review materials, finishes, façade details, mock-ups, and architectural execution.
• Coordinate statutory approvals, building regulations, and development requirements.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and execution teams for timely delivery.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and maintain updated project documentation.

Key Result Areas

• Timely and accurate architectural deliverables.
• Effective consultant and project team coordination.
• Quality drawings and construction documentation.
• Reduction of design errors and rework.
• Compliance with project timelines and statutory requirements.
• Quality control of design execution, materials, and finishes.

Candidate Profile

• B.Arch. from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate & Construction.
• Strong experience in architectural design, working drawings, technical coordination, and site execution.
• High-rise and villa project experience preferred.
• Experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, township, or hospitality projects is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of NBC, building by-laws, and statutory approval processes.
• Strong consultant coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
• COA registration preferred.

AutoCAD | Revit | SketchUp | Lumion | Photoshop | Illustrator | MS Office | NBC & Building Regulations

What We’re Looking For

A professionally experienced Senior Architect capable of independently handling design, technical coordination, consultants, and site-related requirements. Candidates with high-rise and villa project experience will be preferred.
