Build internal-production maintenance and repair approaches to efficiently support the fleet of legacy CI Towers
Use data and analytics to predict and prevent issues across our deployed systems before they become problems at scale
Develop field support approaches for upcoming XRST variants optimized for lower cost at high volumes, strengthening our position for large contracts
Field-to-Factory Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Drive initiatives that quickly convert field learnings into product improvements, production innovations, planning enhancements, and better processes across all products
Partner with Mission Integration and Sustainment Engineering to implement design-for-manufacturability and design-for-installation improvements based on production learnings (e.g. Productize Tower Move kits + load-out for Mk5 PTU conversion across the fleet)
Turn operational lessons from XRST deployments into repeatable playbooks that help future products launch faster and scale more efficiently
