They are seeking a Finance Intern to assist the corporate finance team in developing financial plans, models, and analyses while contributing to strategic decision-making processes. Responsibilities: - Contribute significantly to the development and refinement of the long-range financial plan (LRP), annual operating plan (AOP), and monthly financial forecasts - Develop detailed financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives and operational decisions - Provide strategic financial insights and variance analysis related to performance, including revenue, OPEX, EBITDA, capital expenditures, and cash flow - Partner closely with the Strategic Real Estate and Business Operations team to support ad hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and executive decision-making - Develop financial models and analytical frameworks to address ad hoc investor inquiries and support investor relations activities - Establish an extensive benchmarking analysis and framework for total company financial performance and financial operating metrics - Prepare executive level presentations and materials that synthesize financial analysis and provide actionable recommendations Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance, Corporate Finance, or Strategy.
