Job Description
Summary: Analog Devices, Inc. is a global semiconductor leader that bridges the physical and digital worlds. They are seeking a Project Manager Intern to support the Facilities team in planning and executing construction and renovation projects, gaining hands-on experience in construction project management while working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with construction projects from planning through close‑out under senior PM guidance
- Support scope development, cost estimates, schedules, and RFP documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (Facilities, IT, Security) and external vendors
- Participate in site walks, contractor meetings, and inspections
- Track budgets, schedules, risks, and project documentation
- Help prepare status reports, punch lists, and close‑out materials
Required Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Strong interest in construction project management
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to MS Project, Procore, Smartsheet, or AutoCAD
- Interest in industrial or high‑tech facilities
